tlk usergroup legend help please

It wont auto put up the sidebar, so I have tried the code
<xen:include template="tlk_usergroup_legend" />
I have tried it in several places with no results, my question is:
Is this addon dead for XF 1.5? Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I have spent alot of time with this, I have had other forums tell me it works, i am only 3mths into XF from vB, but I think I have the coding down, but this is driving me crazy.

I have it enabled, i have tried to auto add with the given code, this one seems so simple for everyone but me and I have a ocd things i cant do, meaning i cant stop until i figure it out lol
