Obligations to members to leave 5 minimum messages

Hello, I would like to know what is the add-on for obliging the members to leave a minimum of 5 messages per subjects to be able to post their answers, thank you!

Hello the ADD-ONS provides is not the one to ask the one obliges the members to leave a minimim of characters so of letter me I wish a minimum of words because otherwise they could write thanksssssssssssss and it would not serve ... thank you of your help​
